About Katsuey's Legal Gateway
HISTORY
Would you believe it? We are still writing history! We not only make history, we even get it written.
Katsuey had humble beginnings as a dearly loved Exotic cat ( a short haired Persian). Born out of a good humored threat of becoming a new Chinese dish, "Katsuey" became a household word through the Internet persona of Peggie Brown.
In June 1998, Peggie Brown of KatsueyDesignWorks and Dale Tincher of Consultwebs joined forces to create Katsuey's Legal Research Links. In one year, this Internet site grew large enough and popular enough to warrant its own own domain. In February 2000, with over 100,000 individual site hits, Katsuey's Legal Research Links ceased existence when the partners decided to each launch their own legal link sites. Hence, Katsuey.com became Katsuey's Legal Gateway, now owned and operated by Brown Holdings, LLC.
Peggie Brown, founder and Internet Services Director of Katsuey's Legal Gateway and KatsueyDesignWorks (both divisions of the Brown Holdings LLC ), is an experienced paralegal who gave up the "good life" for a better quality of life as her own boss. She now develops custom internet Web sites for medium sized businesses through KatsueyDesignWorks and professional business sites through BusinessSights.com.
